Make Some Noise Guide

Submitted by Dave

This game is less complicated than the other two, but it can be exhausting!

Objective
To make as much noise as possible and get as high as you can on the sound meter.

Instructions
The only controls you’ll need to know are two random letters assigned at the beginning of the game Just tap them alternatively (one after the other) as fast as you can when the game starts. You’ll also use space to stop, explained later.

Gameplay
When the game starts, you’ll be assigned two random keys to tap, D and C in our case.

Noise Keys

You’ll have 30 seconds to tap those keys as fast as you can to rack up a nice little (or big!) score on the sound meter. As you go, you’ll see some nice progression animations for every next color you see on the sound meter. Press the spacebar when you think you can’t get any higher, because if you slow down or stop pressing the keys, your score will go down too. You don’t need to wait the full 30 seconds to send your score.Bonuses
As you’re cheering, you’ll see some different keys pop up on the screen. Hit those, and you’ll get some bonus points! This is how those people get all those crazy high scores! It will disappear after a certain amount of time, so be quick! Usually the same key will pop up again if you don’t get it the first time.

Noise Gameplay

The Screen
Let’s take a look at the parts of the screen to de-mystify some of the stuff we’ve been talking about.

You - This is you! You’ll see yourself gradually start cheering louder as you go.
Keys - The keys you’ll need to press to rack up a score.
Score - The score you have. Press the spacebar when you don’t think you can get any higher.
Timer - This shows how much time you have left before you’re done! You can hit the spacebar before this runs out.
Sound Meter - The sound meter. Each section really represents the animation you see.
Bonus - The key you press to get a bonus. This isn’t here all the time.

You’re basically ready to go! This is a great game to play once you’ve made yourself mad with that Mutant Yooyu! Get out there and make some noise!
