Welcome! This guide will hopefully help you into becoming a guru at the game, Meerca Chase II!Meerca chase II is one of many neopians favourite games! It’s not surprising really; it’s an easy neopoints earner and very fun to play! In fact, it’s in the top games section! Lucky Meerca chase! If you’ve ever played the game, snake, then your lucky, this game is very similar. NP ratio:100 points = 120 neopoints

The rules
Using the arrow keys (up, down, left and right), steer the Meerca around the screen collecting the different colored neggs. Try to avoid red neggs though, if you bump into one of those, its game over! Also, the walls and your tail are danger zones, don’t bang into them either!

Difficuty levels and game modes
The great thing about Meerca chase, is that you have a larger choice of how you can play the game!
The difficulty levels are just the speed which your meerca is moving at. Easy is slow and hard is fast. The neggs are worth more in hard so you can get more neopoints when good at it. Start with easy and work your way up into hard.
The game modes are classic, freestyle and maze. Freestyle lets you turn any angle, classic only lets you turn 90 degrees and maze gives you a simple maze (don’t bang into the walls).

Background colors
The background colors don’t make any differnce to the game. Although, if you really want to dive into Physiology, lighter colors will make it feel like theres a larger space, so that might help. Also, your favourite color might stop you from smashing the computer in frustation if you don’t get a good score!

The avatar

You can win this avatar by getting a score of 1250 or more. This is easier in gravity mode (see secret modes below)

The trophies
Like many other games, there are trophies for meerca chase! Its much harder than getting the avatar, becuase you might need double the points!

Secret Modes
The secret modes are simple enough to access! You get to them by typing in ‘ferociousneggsareontheloose’ or ’superextrahypergravitymode’. The ferocious neggs mode isn’t that good, i wouldn’t recommend it.

What is the best mode to play in?
I would say gravity mode is the best mode if you’re expereinced. It gets you more neopoints and is fun to play! If your a beginner, classic would be best becuase you can master the game controls etc

If you click on the right eye of the meerca a neopets staff member (oliver) will come up with two neggs!

Gravity Mode
In gravity mode, you barley ever use the down arrow. I would go in one direction becuase this means you lose less fingers, you have less chance of banging into your tail and you’ll get used to going thay way, leaing less chance of banging into anything! Only chance direction if you have blocked yourself or the neggs have blocked you.
