Coltzan’s Shrine can be found in the Lost Desert, and, when visited every 24 hours, can give you great prizes! The following is a list of what you can get and when to get them.

Every 5th second past the hour (5, 10, 15, etc.)
Defense:
Every 10th second past the hour (10, 20, 30 etc.)
Strength:
30 minutes past the hour
Health Points:
Exactly on the hour
Level:
Every 2 hours
Burnt Food:
11 - 12 NST
Dubloon:
55 seconds past the minute
1,000,000 NP rumor: It has been rumored around Neopets that visiting Coltzan at exactly midnight Neopian Standard Time will give you one million neopoints. This is NOT true. You CAN get 1,000,000 NP, but it DOESN’T have to be at midnight.
